DA has been lodged for our latest mixed use project! Located on Darby St in Cooks Hill, the development includes bar/restaurant, boutique deli & gallery space on ground floor with two separate buildings above being Serviced Apartments & Residential Apartments. The ground floor tenancies open onto a large covered public plaza facing Darby St. if you look closely you’ll see some of the Cooks Hill street pattern incorporated into the podium screen design. This references the historical use of the site, being the former RTA Office building built in 1956. Both Terras Landscape Architects & EJE Interiors were integral members of the design team.
