French Village
The Master Plan of this unique project has been devised of that traditional French village set within a rural wine growing country side. The client, committed to enhancing the historic significance of the adjoining St Helena homestead, asked EJE to plan a village with all the visual attributes of a provincial French village. Following extensive research and a liberal understanding of the French culture a Master Plan was devised incorporating French style architecture to an integrated village that allows for tourism and permanent residential in a rural atmosphere of grape growing wineries and agriculture.
