ASSOCIATE
David commenced employment at EJE in 2006, after 2 years working at Andrews Neil on the Central Coast, NSW. David completed his tertiary qualification at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2004. In 2019 David accepted a Senior Project Architect position at EJE, and in 2021 became an Associate.
David prides himself on an enthusiastic approach to design, working collaboratively with clients in all aspects of the concept, design development and construction. David has many years of experience being an integral collaborator to project completion, working within a team or as a team leader on a variety of multi-residential & hospitality projects. David’s ability to visualise and develop the design of a building with the assistance of CAD, enables him to interactively explore and refine design in a computer generated format.
At the end of 2008 David was approached to undertake a lead project role on a major residential development at Paradise Point, QLD. Accepting this position, David moved to QLD at the beginning of 2009, working in close liaison with the project and construction team. The team consisted of client representatives, project managers, specialist consultants and contracts administrators. Over the 3 years that David was stationed in QLD he broadened an already sound professional skill set, responding to clients needs and ensuring the effective resolution, management and coordination of construction through to completion.
