DIRECTOR
Shane graduated with Honours from the University of Newcastle in 1999 and joined EJE that same year. He became a Director in 2020.
With over two decades of post-graduate design experience, Shane has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across Australia and New Zealand, including residential, healthcare, retail, and missioncritical facilities. His expertise spans all phases of project procurement—from initial briefing and concept development through to detailed design and delivery—across both public and private sectors.
His work has been recognised with awards from the Australian Institute of Architects, Urban Taskforce Australia, and the Urban Growth NSW Lower Hunter Urban Design Awards.
Shane values collaboration and is dedicated to fostering strong, effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to consistently achieve outstanding project outcomes.
