The Coles Port Macquarie project redeveloped an existing Council car park on the edge of the CBD. Comprising a ground floor car park, first floor retail and rooftop car park, the development includes a Coles Tenancy of 4,100sqm, three specialty shops and car parking for over 300 cars.

EJE assisted Hansen Yuncken, the principal contractor, in developing an alternative design with their winning D+C tender, making substantial savings over the original design. EJE developed the scheme further during the ECI phase procuring council approval of the alternative scheme. EJE also completed the construction documentation and provided architectural assistance during construction.
