The DBT Australia (now Bucyrus) new headquarters is located in a light industrial business park at Beresfield. Set on a 5 hectare site, the project incorporated six workshops of 18,000sqm2 square metres and an office and amenities building of 5,000sqm. The site layout aimed to create efficient circulation for machines and personnel while allowing for future expansion.
