Newcastle’s McDonald Jones Stadium’s (formerly Ausgrid Stadium) western grandstand marks the culmination of three years of site redevelopment, now providing a world class fixture for sporting and entertainment facilities and increased spectator crowds of up to 33,000 patrons.

Undertaken over three-stages, the $60 million upgrade incorporates facilities for both players and spectators alike. It is a significant contribution to the Hunter Region and elevates community abilities and expectations in sport, leisure and entertainment.
